How to use

A few drops is enough

Essential oils are highly concentrated. Every quantity below is a number of drops, and 20 drops is 1mL.

Dried botanicals on white linen

Diffuser

Follow your unit’s manual, as most take a similar amount to a vaporiser. All Tri Nature oils suit ultrasonic diffusers.

Soft water and linen

Aromatic bath

5 to 10 drops in a full bath, agitated through the water to disperse.

Oil massage

Massage

1 drop per 2mL of carrier oil, to a maximum of 2.5%. Reduce to 0.5 to 1% for babies, children, pregnancy and the elderly.

Vaporiser

8 to 10 drops in the dish. For candle vaporisers, add the oils to the water in the pan.
