Offers, Discounts and Loyalty Terms

This page explains in plain English how our discounts, promotions and Loyalty Club rewards work together. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions.

Only one discount applies to an order

Where more than one offer could apply to your cart, our checkout applies the offer that gives you the largest saving. Discounts do not add together.

You will always receive the best available offer. You will not receive two at once.

Loyalty Club 5%

Loyalty Club members receive 5% off, applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in to your account. Orders placed as a guest do not receive the member discount.

Your 5% also applies to subscription orders. When you subscribe, you receive the subscription price and your Loyalty Club 5% comes off on top, on your first order and on every delivery after it.

While a storewide promotion is running, the promotional discount replaces your 5% rather than being added to it. Our checkout applies whichever of the two saves you more.

The 5% applies to products only and excludes freight charges.

Loyalty Points and Reward Vouchers

Loyalty Club members earn Loyalty Points on qualifying activity, which may include purchases, product reviews and referrals. Points are redeemed for a Reward Voucher through the Rewards tab in your account.

A Reward Voucher is issued as a single use discount code that you enter at checkout.

A Reward Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. This includes the Loyalty Club 5% and any storewide promotion. While a promotion is running you will need to choose between redeeming your Reward Voucher and taking the promotional discount, whichever gives you the better result.

Only one Reward Voucher may be redeemed per order.

Reward Vouchers are issued to your account, are not transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping applies to orders over the advertised threshold. The threshold is assessed on your cart value after any discount has been applied, and shipping charges are not included in the qualifying spend.

Free standard shipping applies alongside a storewide promotional discount.

Bundle & Save (ended)

Bundle & Save ran from Thursday 3 September to 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 20 September 2026 and has now ended. Orders placed after that time do not receive the bundle discount.

During the offer, any 3 eligible products saved 5%, 5 saved 10%, and 8 or more saved 15%. Loyalty Club members saved 10%, 15% and 20% at the same steps. Accessories, samples, gift cards, sale items and trade accounts were excluded, and subscription items did not count toward the 3, 5 or 8.

If you subscribed during the offer, the bundle bonus applied to your first subscription order only. Every renewal continues at your usual subscription saving, plus your Loyalty Club 5% if you are a member, without the bundle bonus.

37th Birthday Sale

From 9am AEST on Sunday 27 September until 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 4 October 2026, take $37 off orders of $200 or more with the code BIRTHDAY37. From Wednesday 30 September, you can instead take $20 off orders of $170 or more with the code NEWY20. When you shop through the links in our birthday emails, the code is applied for you.

Both thresholds are assessed on your cart value before shipping. Each code can be used once per customer. Only one code applies to an order, and neither can be used with a Reward Voucher or any other discount code. If both codes are in your cart, our checkout applies the one your order qualifies for.

Loyalty Club members receive the birthday discount in place of their 5%, not in addition to it. Where 5% saves you more (above $400 with NEWY20, or above $740 with BIRTHDAY37), our checkout keeps your 5% instead.

Free standard shipping still applies to orders of $150 or more after the discount comes off, so both offers keep your free shipping.

If you subscribe during the sale, the discount applies to your first subscription order only. Renewals continue at your usual subscription saving.

Available to retail and Loyalty Club customers only. Wholesale, business and commercial accounts are not eligible.

Storewide promotions

From time to time we run storewide promotions with their own dates, thresholds and conditions. Where a promotion is running, its details will be advertised on this website for the duration of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional discounts are applied automatically at checkout, thresholds are assessed on your cart value before shipping, subscription items are not included, and only one discount applies per order. Promotional discounts cannot be used with a Reward Voucher or any other discount code.

Trade, wholesale and commercial accounts

Promotions, discounts, Loyalty Club benefits and free gifts are available to retail and Loyalty Club customers only. Wholesale, business and commercial accounts trade on their own pricing and are not eligible.

We may change, extend or withdraw any offer or promotion at any time. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
