Offers, Discounts and Loyalty Terms

This page explains in plain English how our discounts, promotions and Loyalty Club rewards work together. It sits alongside our full Terms and Conditions.

Only one discount applies to an order

Where more than one offer could apply to your cart, our checkout applies the offer that gives you the largest saving. Discounts do not add together.

You will always receive the best available offer. You will not receive two at once.

Loyalty Club 5%

Loyalty Club members receive 5% off, applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in to your account. Orders placed as a guest do not receive the member discount.

While a storewide promotion is running, the promotional discount replaces your 5% rather than being added to it. Our checkout applies whichever of the two saves you more.

The 5% applies to products only and excludes freight charges.

Loyalty Points and Reward Vouchers

Loyalty Club members earn Loyalty Points on qualifying activity, which may include purchases, product reviews and referrals. Points are redeemed for a Reward Voucher through the Rewards tab in your account.

A Reward Voucher is issued as a single use discount code that you enter at checkout.

A Reward Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. This includes the Loyalty Club 5% and any storewide promotion such as Spend and Save. While a promotion is running you will need to choose between redeeming your Reward Voucher and taking the promotional discount, whichever gives you the better result.

Only one Reward Voucher may be redeemed per order.

Reward Vouchers are issued to your account, are not transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping applies to orders over the advertised threshold. The threshold is assessed on your cart value after any discount has been applied, and shipping charges are not included in the qualifying spend.

Free standard shipping applies alongside a storewide promotional discount.

Spend and Save, 1 to 16 August 2026

Save 10% on orders over $100, 15% on orders over $175, or 20% on orders over $250. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. No code is needed.

Thresholds are assessed on your cart value before shipping.

Subscription items are not included in the discount and do not count towards the spend thresholds.

Because each Spend and Save tier is larger than 5%, Loyalty Club members receive the Spend and Save discount in place of their 5% for the duration of the promotion. Only one discount applies per order.

Spend and Save cannot be used with a Reward Voucher or any other discount code.

The promotion ends 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 16 August 2026.

Trade, wholesale and commercial accounts

Promotions, discounts, Loyalty Club benefits and free gifts are available to retail and Loyalty Club customers only. Wholesale, business, commercial and consultant accounts trade on their own pricing and are not eligible.
