Brand and Marketing Terms for Trade Customers
These terms cover how the Tri Nature brand, our images and our product information can be used by anyone who buys from us at trade pricing or resells our products. They sit alongside our Wholesale Terms and Conditions.
Who this applies to
This page applies to every account buying at wholesale, business, commercial or consultant pricing, and to anyone reselling Tri Nature products, whether that is in a shop, at a market, through your own website or through social media.
If you are a retail or Loyalty Club customer, none of this applies to you. Share away.
Please use our current brand assets
Tri Nature is partway through a full packaging and brand update. When you are promoting our products, please use the current logo, photography and product images we supply. You can request the current asset pack at any time from your Tri Nature contact, or by emailing sales@trinature.com.au.
Once you have the current pack, please retire our previous logo, previous label designs and older marketing material from your website and your socials. If you still hold stock in the old packaging you are very welcome to sell it through, and to photograph what is actually on your shelf.
Our logo, wordmark and label artwork cannot be altered, recoloured, stretched, cropped or rebuilt. If you need a version that is not in the pack, ask us and we will make it for you.
Photography and content
Our product photography, lifestyle imagery, video and written product copy belong to Tri Nature. Anything in the current asset pack is yours to use freely to sell our products.
Anything else of ours, including our social media posts, campaign imagery and advertising, needs our written permission before you republish it.
Photos you take yourself, of products you have bought, are yours.
What you can say about our products
Please describe our products the way the label and our official materials describe them. If a claim is not on the label or in the material we supply, check with us before you use it.
Our products are not medicines. They cannot be described as treating, curing or preventing any illness, condition or allergy, including eczema and dermatitis, however well they may work for someone. This one matters, because the claim sits with whoever made it.
Tri Nature is not responsible for claims made about our products that did not come from us.
Naming your business, website and social accounts
Your business is your own, and it needs to be clear to your customers that they are buying from you rather than from Tri Nature.
Please do not use the words Tri Nature in your business name, domain name, email address, social media handle or business directory listing without our written permission. Where we have given that permission in the past, it stands unless we tell you otherwise.
On your website and your social accounts it should be easy to see that you are an independent business that stocks Tri Nature, and not Tri Nature itself.
Talking about Tri Nature in public
We would far rather hear from you directly than read it online, and we mean that.
If something we have done does not sit right, whether that is a price change, a new label, a fragrance name or a decision you disagree with, please tell us. Email sales@trinature.com.au or call your contact here. Feedback from the people selling our products every day is worth more to us than almost anything else, and we would always rather fix something than defend it.
What we ask is that you do not run public polls, comparisons or votes on our branding, packaging or pricing, and that you do not publicly criticise the brand you are representing. Your customers read those posts as coming from Tri Nature, and it makes your own products harder to sell.
Please also do not speak for Tri Nature, or to the media on our behalf. If a journalist, blogger or publication approaches you about Tri Nature, send them to sales@trinature.com.au and we will look after it.
Selling our products as they come
Tri Nature products can only be sold in their original packaging, exactly as they left us. They cannot be decanted, refilled, repackaged, relabelled or combined with anything else for resale.
Our product guarantee and our product liability cover do not apply to any product that has been changed.
Keeping things current
When we update packaging, imagery or product information, we will send the current pack to every trade account. Please update your own website, listings and marketing to match within a reasonable time of receiving it.
If you need longer because you are selling through old stock, tell us. We would rather work to your timing than have you write off product.
If something here is not being followed
We will always talk to you first. Nobody loses an account over a misunderstanding.
If we cannot resolve something together, we may pause access to trade pricing while it is sorted out.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, and we will let trade accounts know by email when anything material changes.
