A client of mine used the Stress Free Mood Blend to successfully assist with insomnia. At the time of need I did not have the Sweet Dreams Mood Blend in stock. They went on to use either of the 2 to assist with insomnia.

My favourite is Wellbeing, it smells amazing and relaxing. I use it in my diffuser at home. On car trips, I add a few drops to the car mats to freshen up the space. I keep a small spray bottle, with Wellbeing and filtered water in my handbag and car. It feels nice for a quick spritz.
