Since the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have received incredibly large volumes of orders from all around Australia, which has caused extended processing and delivery times for our customers. Thank you for your patience and understanding when you have experienced these delays. Rest assured our team is working tirelessly to get orders to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait; especially when in need.
Here are some of the ways we are working to get your Tri Nature products to you as quickly as possible:
- Hiring additional staff and extending work hours: Additional staff have been recruited right across our business from sales, customer service, administration, manufacturing, warehousing, and dispatch. We have extended our warehouse and administration hours to a double shift operation from 5.45 am to 10.15 pm at night.
- Additional manufacturing infrastructure: The purchase of additional equipment and infrastructure to enable our team to manufacture products faster and in larger quantities.
- Contact-free customer pick-ups in Newcastle: Since the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic we have been forced to close our gates to public access, however, we are now offering contact-free customer pick-ups as an alternative way to obtain your products. If you would like to pick up your order from our head office, in a contact-free capacity, a customer service team member will deliver your products to your car at our front gates. Easy!

- Private Message through our Social Media channels: If you need a faster response, send us a private message through either Facebook or Instagram and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible when we are in the office.
